Welcome to 4 Seasons Entertainment, Boston's Premier Entertainment Service.
My name is Sean Smith, Exectuive Chef. I come to 4 Seasons with an extensive
background in food service, culinary management and hotel and resteraunt management.
I am a 1999 graduate of Newbury College and hold a Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts
as well as Hotel and Restaurant management.
My personal objective while working with you during the planning
of your event is to make it as simple and effortless as possible. I have
over 15 years of experience dealing with clients as well as the full
operational needs of catered events. Some of my prior experience includes working
for one of the world’s largest hotel chains, Sheraton Worldwide. I spent
several years working at one of the most prestigious country clubs south
of Boston. As we begin this new aspect, it is with pleasure that I introduce
to you, 4 Seasons Catering where we take pride on its simple but yet effective
philosophy of “adding a little spice to heighten your delight”.
